Description
Prying a Tesla wheel cover off by hand is a knuckle-scraping job, and reaching for a metal screwdriver usually ends with a scuffed rim or a cracked cap. This tool gives you a purpose-built alternative. The angled tip slips under the edge of the cover and uses leverage to lift it free, so you get the cover off with steady, controlled force instead of yanking and hoping. It covers the full Tesla lineup, from the newest Model Y Juniper down to the older Model 3.
Fits
Fits 2017-2023 Model 3, 2023.10+ Model 3 Highland, 2020-2025.02 Model Y, 2025.03+ Model Y Juniper Premium, 2025.10+ Model Y Performance, 2026+ Model Y Standard, plus Model S and Model X.
- Angled pry tip slides under the cover edge and uses leverage to lift it, so you are not forcing it off by hand
- Softer contact than a metal pry bar, which cuts the risk of scratching the wheel cover or the rim underneath
- Works on Tesla wheel covers, center caps, and hubcaps across the lineup
- Fits Model Y Juniper, Model Y, Model 3 and 3 Highland, Model S, and Model X (see fitment for exact years)
- Handy for tire rotations, swapping a cracked hubcap, cleaning the wheels, or dealing with a flat
FAQ
Will this scratch my wheels?
It is far less likely to than a metal screwdriver or pry bar. The tip is shaped to spread the contact and use leverage rather than sharp pressure, so it lifts the cover without gouging the rim. As with any tool, work slowly and let the leverage do the job.
Does it fit the new Model Y Juniper?
Yes. It fits the 2025.03+ Model Y Juniper Premium, the 2025.10+ Model Y Performance, and the 2026+ Model Y Standard, along with earlier Model Y, Model 3 and 3 Highland, Model S, and Model X.
What would I actually use it for?
Any job where the wheel cover or center cap has to come off first: rotating your tires, replacing a damaged hubcap, giving the wheels a proper clean, or getting to the wheel to fix a flat.
